Super Powered! by the Apocalypse

Have you ever dreamed you could fly? How about saving the world from evil villains bent on destroying it for their own purposes? Or for that matter, ever dreamed that you could take over the world despite every heroes' best efforts? Super-Powered lets you be either the hero or the villain, do these and much much more. The rules are designed so you can build your hero (or villain) with a minimum of fuss and the rules are loose enough where you have total creative control to design your character exactly how you want.
