Phantom Cowboy Overture

Phantom Cowboy Overture, roleplaying in a neo-western world where technology and the Wild West collide, a sniper/rider duo - Phantom and Cowboy, respectively - must fight to protect their freedom from a shadowy organization seeking to control the very essence of their existence in the city of Echoes End. Cyberware is still new and the powers that be are trying to stop it because it threatens the power they have over the less wealthy.
