Circus-13's Power Legion RPG

I know, I know, another GM-less micro-rpg with game worlds, but I've taken a lot of little things from a lot of little games and modified them to something workable that I started over 25 years ago. I do have a handful of "worldbooks" coming soon once I can get the tables finished.

Please comment, but also please be kind as this is my first attempt at an RPG. Currently there are three worldbooks available as well: Rifters, a cyberpunk time-travel from the future, and Realms of the Sky Dancers, a steampunk fantasy RPG that takes place on a series of islands floating in the skies.

UPDATE: Updated some of the text after some more rigorous playtesting, also added Encounter boxes to the bad guys in the adventure, so you can only encounter them up to 3 times.
